1. Agreement
By creating an account or using Heard & Noted ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
2. Your account
You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your sign-in credentials secure. You must be at least 16 years old, or the age of digital consent in your country.
3. Your content
Forms, questions, and responses you create remain yours. You grant us a limited license to store, process, and display that content solely to operate the Service on your behalf.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Service to send spam, collect data unlawfully, harass others, or distribute malicious content. See our Acceptable Use Policy.
5. Plans and billing
Free plans are offered as-is. Paid plans, when introduced, will be billed in advance and are non-refundable except where required by law.
6. Termination
You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or pose risk to the Service or its users.
7. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising from your use of the Service will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us in the previous twelve months, or one hundred US dollars.
9. Changes
We may revise these Terms. Material changes will be announced in-product or by email at least 14 days before they take effect.
