• Form content: the forms you build and the responses they receive, including audio recordings.
• Usage data: minimal logs needed to operate and secure the Service.

How we use it

To run the Service, provide voice transcription and summarization features, communicate with you about your account, and meet legal obligations. We do not sell personal data, ever.

Sub-processors

We rely on trusted infrastructure partners to host the database, store files, deliver email, and perform AI transcription. A current list is available on request.

Retention

Form responses are retained until you delete them or close your account. Backups are rotated within 30 days.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data. To exercise them, write to privacy@heardandnoted.app.

International transfers

Data may be processed in countries other than your own. Where required, we rely on Standard Contractual Clauses or equivalent safeguards.

Children

The Service is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect their personal data.
