You may not use Heard & Noted to:

• Send unsolicited messages or otherwise spam recipients.
• Collect personal data unlawfully, deceptively, or without consent where required.
• Harass, threaten, or defame any person or group.
• Distribute malware, phishing pages, or fraudulent content.
• Infringe intellectual property, publicity, or privacy rights.
• Reverse-engineer or attempt to disrupt the Service.

We may remove offending forms and suspend accounts that violate this policy. Serious violations may be reported to law enforcement.
